I’m starting something new, though really it’s an old thing. It’s called “blogging regularly.” Ha! Yes, that’s a joke… sort of! It’s a joke because blogging regularly is not new, nor is it a novel phenomena. It is new for me, however, because I have not been a regular blogger – but I want to be. I have a lot of amazingness to share and yet need to gift myself some structure so that I can actually accomplish what I set out to do. Therefore, I’m launching a 3X/week format for myself in terms of my blog posts.
Fun, right?!?!
I’m tired just thinking about this.
Can I stick with this blogging schedule? We shall see. *Insert ominous laugh here.

What I believe: I am a huge supporter of local art. Both its creation and presentation. Art plays an important role in our society, broadly and personally. It is an attraction and also a critical means of communication. It speaks to the age we live in and the world we wish to form tomorrow. I am thrilled to have a part in setting the temperature of the cultural climate where I live. I bring passion, vision, and bountiful energy to my role as Curator. It’s more than a job to me. It is a calling.

This past weekend was the opening party for my new paintings in the “Joy + Passion” series. It was a fun event with many friendly faces – and kids too! Thank you to everyone who attended!
Also, thank you to the Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel, the Edmonton International Airport, DJ Mintu, and the Moonshine Mamas!
Here are some fun recap photos from the event:
